I’ve made it really easy for you to request an appointment with me.

Just fill out the simple form below, and I’ll give you a call back to confirm the details of your appointment (date, time, location, etc.).

Please Note:  Payment will be required upfront for booking a massage appointment. If you need to cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, you will be issues a full refund or you could reschedule. If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment or no call/no show 50% of the payment will be returned to you. Credit/Debit cards can be accepted over the phone.
